Numerous studies have now shown that the Mediterranean diet can result in weight loss and help prevent heart attacks, strokes, type 2 diabetes and premature death.  It’s a lifestyle centered on whole natural foods including vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy fats like avocados, nuts, seeds and olive oil.

Join me for a fun and inspiring cooking class and learn to make satisfying flavor filled meals.  Discover how easy and delicious it can be to adopt a delicious heart healthy eating plan for life.

6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Cost per person for one class is $70.00

 This class is a culinary demo with generous tastings.  Partial hands-on cooking participation is encouraged.  

The Menu includes at least 3 recipes that are gluten free, low glycemic and plant centered.
