Biography

Christine M. Okezie is a Natural Foods Chef, Integrative Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and author of “The No Diet Cookbook – Learn to Eat for Health and Pleasure.” After overcoming a 50lb+ post-baby weight gain, sugar cravings, fatigue and a personal health scare, by discovering the power of eating whole natural foods, Christine Okezie launched her business, Your Delicious Balance Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching. She shares her knowledge and passion for holistic health and functional nutrition through her private coaching practice, culinary demos, wellness workshops and cooking classes.

Christine works with some of the most commonly seen food related challenges of our time including obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, digestive disorders, fatigue, sugar addiction and overeating.

Her approach is based on guiding people step by step toward a more whole, natural plant-centered way of eating that creates powerful and lasting results by getting to the root cause of many chronic health issues. Christine’s clients learn to apply simple dietary recommendations with easy delicious recipes, cooking skills and meal planning.

As an Integrative Health Coach, Christine is trained not only in dietary theory but brings valuable life coaching skills to offer the emotional support and guidance needed to facilitate permanent positive lifestyle change.

In short, Christine provides her clients with the tools to develop a personalized roadmap to live their best health. Okezie does not believe in quick-fixes or a onesize-fits-all approach to weight loss but rather a journey to understanding your true self and the food and lifestyle choices you make. Her solutions are designed to inspire personal transformation from the inside out.
