Okezie is a Natural Foods Chef, Integrative Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and author of “The No Diet Cookbook – Learn to Eat for Health and Pleasure.” After overcoming a 50lb+ post-baby weight gain, sugar cravings, fatigue and a personal health scare, by discovering the power of eating whole natural foods, Christine Okezie launched her business, Your Delicious Balance Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.
